IBA Center for Business Analytics and Research (ICBAR)
IBA Center for Business Analytics and Research (ICBAR) was founded in 2012 at Indus Business Academy (IBA), Greater Noida. The ICBAR is a centre of excellence started with the aim and objective of keeping pace with the latest development in the world of consulting. Data has always been important and had been available in plenty. But with the advent of technology, and speed of processing data attaining astronomical heights, data analysis has assumed much increased relevance, and has become core of most business across the world. It is not just the data but the ability to play with it and to interpret it in the way that could be useful for business houses has become more important, for which analytical brain becomes essential. India’s human capital has always been bestowed with this capability; and therefore, over the years, India has emerged as the knowledge economy. Data analytics is becoming the buzzword, which is helping the business in finding analytical solutions and in strategic decision making of the business houses.
The idea of ICBAR was conceived when business houses started approaching IBA with their data analysis work. The rich pool of the human resources of IBA; with expertise in technology, quantitative techniques and tools, qualitative analytics and consulting aids in providing incisive technology-neutral guidance, etc., helped in taking this initiative forward. ICBAR is an end-to-end solution provider in the world of analytics with holistic approach, where right from idea germination, preparation of schedules, pre-test study, field visits, data entry and analysis, interpretation and inferences, advisory role based on quantitative and qualitative output, etc. are undertaken. This helps businesses in analysis of their problems and help them at the enterprise level as also at the department and team levels in arriving at sound decisions. It also helps in re-strategizing and restructuring their businesses to remain relevant in today’s competitive world. Internationally acclaimed forecasting tools and techniques are also used in predicting the future. Besides the rich set of human capital that provide valuable intellectual support; latest technology, statistical techniques, software tools, etc. also form the backbone of this Centre of Excellence.
AIMS IBA Center for Management Research (AIMS-IBA CMR)
To give impetus to original management research, IBA established the Center for Management Research in Oct. 2006 The center was inaugurated by Dr. Sidhartha Shastri, Dean WISDOM Banasthali Vidyapeeth. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized the importance of Indian Management Research and called upon scholars present there to join hands with IBA and Banasthali in carrying out original research work.
The center has organized various seminars and conferences at the Institute on topics like Management Perspectives, Practical Spirituality, and Human Development. It is also organizing an international conference on Indian Management at Bangalore & Greater Noida in association with Banasthali Vidhyapeeth.
The center got a new direction & strength when Association of Indian Management Scholars (AIMS) International, decided to join hands with IBA to develop the center.

E-Cell (PACE)
PACE, is an initiative by the students of Indian Business Academy, Greater Noida to create an Entrepreneurial Community that develops a platform from where the young and dynamic entrepreneurs and budding managers can derive a vital support towards realizing ideas and converting those 'uncut diamond' ideas into realities with successful business ventures.
PACE strongly believes that for a growing economy like India, innovation and entrepreneurship provide the path to success. PACE aims at providing India with a wide vista of new ideas and opportunities to ensure sustained growth and achievement PACE also believes that industry - academia (both faculty and student) divergence plays as a major role to make India's global success story. So it also aims to bring industry and academia more closer and work together for a common goal.
Spandan - IBA Centre For Human Values ( SIBACHV)
Spandan – IBA Center for human values (SIBACHV) was inaugurated on 1st September 2007 by Dr. G.P Rao, Chairman, Spandan Foundation for Human Values Noida at the Institute's premises.
The centre aims at propagation and inculcation of human values as integral to work ethic and culture. The assumption and experience is that such inculcations of values orientation enables an organization achieve and maintain an optimal balance between Results and Relations. Spandan and IBA have joined hands together to recognize the efforts of those who are practicing it by recognizing them through Spandan IBA Annual awards in Human values. The award provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, principles and processes concerning the application of human values to organizations, institutions and the world at large.
