Myself Ruchi Shah from 2010-2012 batch HR Specialized.. I have a three plus year’s experience as a Corporate HR in Automobile Company. During my college days I was an active member of Placement team and also a Miss Fresher of 2010-2012 batch. Guys if you want to have real fun with learning I suggest go for IBA. College has got a highly experienced faculty, excellent infrastructure, facilities and everything. The college also boast of 100% final placements as well as 100% paid summer internship. After completing my PGDBM, I got a campus placement as a Management Trainee HR in Automobile Company i.e JBM Group. I got this job due to my skills and that all skills channelized by my College itself by their regular activities like Workshops, mock interviews and GD are continuously conducted to help students perform better and very important role played by the college clubs and regular Industry visits for practical knowledge. One of the key role is played by the alumni who are always on their toes to help their college and I got the benefit of all these college activities during my interviews and the job. In a nutshell, IBA has given me highly experienced mentors, state-of-the-art facilities, and great friends to learn from. My experience at IBA is something which will always be very close to my heart. I will recommend this college to anyone who is looking for good management college
