  5. Demand Draft as stated above (Name of candidate and city to be mentioned on the backside of the Demand Draft)
  6. 3 Copies of recent Passport Size colour photograph
  7. One copy of Resume
  8. Proof of Category, if selected SC, ST, OBC, Physically Handicapped. Attested copy of the Certificates issued by competent authority to be attached
