Prof. Pradeep Kumar

Member, Academic Council & Chairperson Global Programs and Senior Professor (Business Strategy and Communication)

Mr. Kumar is a leading consultant in the field of Business Strategy and Structure with over 40 years of industry experience including more than 30 years in the consulting field. He co-founded a Management Consultancy firm in 1982 (Symantec Associates Private Limited, New Delhi) which advised more than 200 organizations comprising well known Indian private and public sector companies like IRCTC, MNCs like Samsung, family owned businesses and academic institutions. He also worked as Senior Partner -Management Consultancy Practice with Mascon Global Limited (2000 to 2003).Prior to entering the consulting field he worked with BHEL in the areas of Strategic Planning and Technology Management and Electronics Commission, Government of India as Senior Project Analyst.

Prof. S.K. Singh

Associate Professor (Marketing)

Prof.Singh has a rich experience of 23 years in corporate and academics in Marketing and International Business Operations. He started his career in 1991 with an Indo- Italian mulinational Modi-Olivetti Limited at Bombay and worked for 6 years and in 1997 shifted to Singapore, and joined Dumo Holdings Pte Limited as Manager-Marketing & Exports, responsible for export marketing the ASEAN region. In 1998, he joined ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Limited, a global multinational corporation, with a turnover of US$ 400 Billion, based at Asia Pacific headquarters at Singapore as a Sr. Marketing Manager and was actively engaged in marketing nearly for a decade in ASEAN Region Markets. During this tenure, he executed marketing assignments in the ASEAN region markets covering Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. He was instrumental in planning and implementing marketing programs in the region in varied business environment, cultures, and nationalities, got a rich exposure in designing marketing policies, setting up marketing distribution network and maintaining a record of significant contributions of profit levels and productivity at national and international business markets. He has widely travelled across the Asia-Pacific Region during his tenure at industry and business related assignments. Prof.Singh, beliveing in the concept of learning as a continuous process successfully also achieved Lotus Notes Certification from IBM Corporation, Singapore in 1999 and later on achieved certification from Microsoft Corporation as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (M.C.S.E) in the year 2000.

Dr. Divya Kirti Gupta

Associate Professor

Dr. Divya Kirti Gupta holds PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Banasthali University, Banasthali and is an MBA from WISDOM, Banasthali University. Apart from teaching, and conducting MDPs she is actively involved in national and international initiatives in area CSR. She is co-drafter of ISO 26000, an international guidance standard on Social Responsibility by ISO, Geneva. For the development of the Standard, she was part of Indian delegation in the Working Group on ISO26000 and was elected representative of developing countries in its Drafting Committee.
Currently, she is member of Strategic Advisory Group on ISO26000, which has experts from different countries from industry, labour organizations, NGOs and Governments, and advices ISO, Geneva on issues related to Social Responsibility.
Dr. Divya Kirti is Fellow of LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) India. She has also conducted capacity building programmes and MDPs for Indira Gandhi Panchyati Raj & Gramin Vikas Sansthan (IGPRGVS), Jaipur; ZMI, Noida; NTPC, Noida; Indian Aviation Academy (IAA), AAI, Delhi; Standards Users, Malaysia and ISO, Geneva.
For her assignments, she has widely travelled within the country and across the continents.
